Thank you to all staff who participated in the PD day on Oct. 15. Your determined work is appreciated as we move through the process of OTES, SLOs, SMART Goals, NLS, and everything else that is on our plate.
As a reminder, all SLOs should now have been completely administered, scored, and recorded for all teachers except some encore teachers. The next step in the process is for all SLOs to be approved. All SLOs will be read by a district committee consisting of a teacher, building level administrator, and district level administrator. The teacher's next steps is to provide quality instruction to their students!
We will revisit this process beginning in March.
